im looking into getting a corset piercing...but i dont just want it to be temporary...with the captive bead rings they tend to migrate out and get rejected by the body. so im looking into alternative ways to do it so it can be permanent...im thinking of doing the dermal piercings...prolly up to 10 down each side of my back...then let it heal...then just change and twist in the captive bead rings so i can lace it up. i wanna do this before prom so i can have the lace with my dress...so idk...what do you think? does anyone have a corset piercing? how did you do it? is it permanent? temporary? what rings did they do it with? how many? how long did it take? how much was it? ............ if you dont have one...look it up...tell me what you think about it. do you think its pretty? what do you think?

Corsets are ok.
Just to let you know, there are no "permanent" surface piercings. The best bet is to use teflon for the healing process and then change out to CBR's when you want to put a ribbon through it.
They will take awhile to heal, but to speed up the process use Emu Oil, Provon Soap and H2Ocean Spray. It takes alot to take care of surface piercings, but if done right you can keep them along time.
Also, make sure to find the right studio for this. Tons of people say they can do a surface piercing and really can't. Make sure to look at their past work. Even if you have a "normal" studio you go to, look at other towns around your area. And infection in your back is not good and really hard to take care of by yourself.
