I f you have money in your Paypal account, then yes, using Paypal is actually the most preferred way to pay on eBay. (and eBay would prefer you use Paypal also) You can also transfer money into your account if you have it linked to your bank's checking, or saving account or pay via credit card through Paypal. Yes when you list your item, you can specify how buyers can send you money and if you allow paypal payments, they can send you payments directly from thier paypal
