Cite Sources in Helium?

So I have opened up a helium account and am exiting to get writing as I have picked my first topic however I do have a few questions to ask those of you who currenlt use Helium. Should i cite my sources when making an enrty and where should I show that at the bottom of my article, or will it give me somewhere else to cite them. Also should i onyl choose things that are listen in the marketplace or is it ok to look at the channels for somehting i would like to write. What is the diffence of the two? Also why are there no assignment guides as to what is expected on the ones not listed in the Marketplace. Oh and I have another question about constant content if any one happes to know, how long does it norlam take for something to be accpeted to declided once you have submitted it for review?
