Does anyone have a metal detector?

My dad and my daughter have one, but I don't know much about them. I hope you were able to get him a good one that will work for what he is wanting. I have heard of people finding neat things with them. Sometimes people even find things of value with them.

you can go a number of ways. a good detector will tell you what in the ground before you dig it up. there is a lot of trash and if you spend less then $200 the detector will only tell you there is something there not what it is.the high end is about $800 and in my book white's mxt is the best hope that helps
