Adds and Referrals

I just started this new PTC site last night and I was surprised of having somewhat a big number of ads. I just upgrade to premium earlier and I have more ads to click on. However I want to earn more, I'm wondering, will I get earning from advertisings and referrals? Like normally how much per click or ads and referrals for that? Let me know.. Thanks! =)
