Are you watching Obama's speech?

I am watching it. He certainly gives a great speech, I hope he stays true to his words. Though what he's looking to do during his administration vs what congress will pass is a whole other kettle of fish.

I watched it.

I have only two words: "Prove It!" It is very easy to "talk the talk" to get elected and to get hordes of people to worship the ground you walk on - it is another thing to "walk the walk" and to do the things you have said that you will do.

The challenges will be met... Well we have heard that multiple times over the years in one version of a phrase or another. Bush said that pretty much, too;) The promise that America is still a superpower in all aspects and is to be reckoned with. That's what people want to hear. That's what Bush had pretty much said, too. He just wasn't as eloquent;)

He promised a lot of help to a lot of foreign countries. How are we going to do that we have our own big problems here we need to take care of. He needs to focus on this country right now and less on helping the rest of the world.
