Do you rate someone's Discussion on Mylot?

I always use to rate discussions and response that i like but mostly people don't use to do that.That is a small + and - mark on each discussion that can be used to rate any person on the Mylot.And usually people don't like to spend their time in rating them for the good one the simply have a look on the topic and they scrolled away.
What you thing about this?
and do you use to rate?

Well its not like that i don't rate discussions it depends on the content if i like it useful i surely rate it! Coz the guy deserve rating there but if i found reply not worthy i never rate negative that's for sure i don't like to rate negative. Well we all must rate properly as to make people understand their replies values, so that they understand that do people like my advice or not. That's it so guys have fun and enjoy My lOT and post replies to all queries. Good day.
