responses to discussions

Why would anyone not be honest? I don't think I have that in me. My life's been one rather bizarre thing after another, so sometimes I don't believe it myself, but it is just me, exactly as I am. I think if I felt people were less than straightforward on myLot, I couldn't deal with it, and I'd have to leave the site. Then again, I can be pretty naive, and I seldom doubt people at all.

Yes, when I respond to a discussion, I am honest. I have a knack to respond without thinkin' it all the way through. What enters my mind, is what is written. Normally all short and sweet.

I am honest but there is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I do wonder about the dishonest people that are all over the internet and don't want to reveal too much even on an honest place like mylot. With people being banned for seemingly little reason I also wonder about here. So I do choose which discussions I feel safe/happy replying to and am a bit guarded in what I reveal. Although, all that I do tell is true. I steer clear of political/religious ones completely and am very happy just meeting people or talking about mundane things. I love the children, pets and make extra money sections best. Did you tell us whether you are honest yet?

Hi Savypat, I am too old in the tooth to worry about what people think but I do only tend to respond to non controversial discussions a lot of the time as some of them can get pretty heated especially where religion of politics is involved but I am honest in the responses I give and I will agree to disagree on a subject rather than get involved in too much arguement if my opinion differs but that is what a discussion should be about as we all have different opinions. Is there any reasons for people response the discussions dishonest?I don't think this kind of romantic story will happened so easily on website.But if this happened,I think it's not a bad news.So was anyone find his or her lover through mylot? Happy mylotting!~

I am very honest with the way I present myself here and appriciate when others are the same with me. I think that is the whole point of mylot. Differences of opinions. I rate everyone positively because even if they are not in agreement to me..they posted an opinion. I try not to even read how other people respond first as not to be influenced.lol..I am honest.

I am honest and I write what I think. I also think that doing it this way my sort of people might like me.
