Can You Name One Thing That Makes You Happy?

I was just listening to Natasha Bedingfield's CD and there is a song on there called "Happy". The whole song speaks to my heart but the chorus really gets me,

What are you worrying about,
Got my dreams, got my life, got my love,
Got my friends, got the sunshine above,
Why am I trying to make this hard on myself,
When I have so many beautiful reasons I have to be happy...[/i][/b]
When you think about it, we really have so many reasons to be happy. Look around you, can you name one thing that makes you happy?
If I had to look around I could name more than one. I have two beautiful children who always know how to put a smile on my face. I have the greatest family in the world and friends that are there when I need them.I have a roof over my head, food in my stomach, water to drink, and I have the internet to keep me occupied when I get bored.
So tell me, what makes you happy?

The one thing that makes me happy now is realising that waking up everyday is a blessing to me and also seeing my daughters and new grandson and knowing they are well and happy.
Life really is very short and it really is a lovely world we live in. I used to take it all for granted until I got sick and now I am thankful I am still here.
Your children are really lovely kids. That is a great photograph of you all. Thanks for showing it. I will put one up under this of my girls.
I put one up of my youngest daughter whos twelve with my new Grandson Reece.

Thank you for the compliment. I don't think it is the best picture of me and the kids, but I've had a lot worse. 
Your grandson is so adorable, he is quite a little chunk. You have a very beautiful little girl too.
You are so right, life is way too short and we really should enjoy every minute we have. I know I take a lot of things for granted sometimes.

My family makes me happy too. I am so insanely grateful for my husband and my son. Sometimes I think it is unhealthy to be this grateful for anyone, but then I think again and realize they deserve my gratitude... it would only be unhealthy if they didn't deserve it right?

Same here. When I look around me, I found a lot of reasons to be happy. But the most is my family - my husband and children. They makes me happy no matter what life offers me. Their love and care is enough to makes me really happy.

Right off the top I can name three things that make me happy. One is being with my beautiful daughter. She brightens up even my darkest days.
One is music and creating music. I am a musician/producer and I can get a lot of pleasure out of creating something new.
The last thing is stability. When things in my life are going the way I want them to, or I am just content with what is going on in my life I am happy. i like a high level of stability. Things have to be in order, in general, and I am good.

If I can see smile on my parents face, then that thing will be making me a happiest person in this world. My family is everything to me. Although I have many hobbies and I do several thing for entertainment but this is the only thing which can make me happy and be on top of the world.

many things make me feel happy in my daily life,to be with family,wo have fun with my girl friend,to watch TV show,especially NBA show,to play basketball myself,so many things could make me happy and they are just uncountable.I am always grateful to all the things make me feel happy

I give importance to many things in my mylife. Many things in my life make me happy.for example smiling baby, when i see my friend, when i m surrounded by my loved ones, When i see smile on unknwn person, when someone received reward after hard work....there are many which makes me happy,When getting many responses. the one thing which makes me happy means i cant say anything bcoz i have more memorable things which makes me happy if i remember those things.i have alot of memorable things in my life out of those things max number of memorable things was with my friends which makes me more happy.i have the happy moments from my school days but some things makes me laugh and few drops come from my eyes as tears

I know you said choose only one thing but mainly in my life there are three things that make me happy easily and with very little effort. These are writing, my cat, and doing community organizing. I don't mean to imply is easy because it isn't. Editing sucks but even bad pieces which I've had quite a few of help me get out my emotions which I'm bad at doing. I swear writing is the reason I haven't imploded yet which my therapist says I am going to do.
My cat is hyper and bothers people including me sometimes. But I love him and wouldn't give him away for anything. He loves me unconditionally which is more than I can say for all the humans in my life. But that's another story.
I love being a community organizer. I'm happiest when I'm helping someone or trying to improve the world and it's condition for all people, animals, and plants upon it.

.. i am real happy when I'm with my family.. they are the world for me.. if they are gone, then my happiness is gone too.. my family is my inspiration in my everyday life.. and i love them very much..

what makes me happy is when i get an order to fill for somebody for a birthday cake or a homemade pie. i prefer to make homemade decorated cakes over the pies, but the pies are lots easier to make, and there is no decorating them either. lol baking is one of my hobbies and that is just one of the things that makes me happy.

The one thing that makes me the most happy is my two girls. They are what keep me going everyday and knowing that everything will turn out all right. Right now hasn't been a really good time for me and they have kept me going through it all. Hopefully things will go a little better this year than they did last year.
