Well i am a kind of person who needs sleep of around 8 hours.Due to my busy schedule and physical exertion,i need to sleep for 8 about hours so as to recover from tiredness.I work in an office and mainly do mental work. When i come back home,i take care of the child, prepare dinner, arrange clothes and do cleaning and by the time it is 10.00 pm i get tired very badly.Just before going to bed i brush my teeth and go to washroom and immediately retire to bed.It is my habit and i have been following it since my childhood. What do you do just before going to bed?

I have a lot of trouble falling asleep so I tend to read until I can't keep my eyes open any more. I just find that after all the excitment of the day with my children, I have to have time to unwind before I even attempt to get to sleep. My husband is the same way, when he gets home from work he has to watch at least an hour of tv before he can even think of sleeping.

I usually unstack dishwasher, let dogs out one last time to toilet, teeth brush, toilet....then a little while on Net and watch TV, finally lotion my hands and feet and cover with baggies/socks to keep skin from drying out.

Hi bamrah, I will take a shower, brush my teeth and then check emails for a while and then check all the windows and doors to make sure it is locked and then retire to bed too! LOL! There are times also that hubby and I will talk about anything in the bed before sleeping!

Hi, after brushing my teeth and going to the washroom, I would read before I sleep, until I doze off. The only problem is when the book is too interesting or exciting, then I would try to postpone sleep so that I can read more!
