Hey! Can anybody suggest me to pass my time. Apart from surfing, doing household work, reading, watching TV what are all the other options to keep the time moving. Because of boredom I am getting stressed out.I am already in my 40's. I really need some guidance.

Well, I know that there are many people, elderly and the like who don't get visitors in the nursing homes and would be glad to get a visit from you. Children who are sick and can't come out. Read to someone who is blind or cannot for whatever reason that might be. Take an exercise class(yoga, pilates, aerobics, kickboxing) check out volunteering for some worthy organization.

i think you should also do a bit a yoga exercise once or twice a week to help relax your mind and overcome stress.

I think all the things you mentioned are great ways to pass the time. However not one of them was outside the home. I think going out more when greatly improve your life. Try to pick up a sport of some sort or go take some classes for cooking, knitting, pottery, the list is endless. You could learn something new and find something you really enjoy, and make some friends in the process. Hope this helps. Cheers.

hi relkide There are numerous things that can help pass the time away. You could try taking up a new hobby such as knitting, crocheting, or cross stitching. Do you have a digital camera? Why not go for a walk and take a few pictures around the neighborhood? Have you ever considered taking music lessons? Or what about taking a general interest course at your local college? Doing crosswords or sudoko puzzles are a great way to pass the time as well. These are only a few suggestions that I can come up with at the moment. I hope I have helped you out in some way. take care ~proudnana~
