I like to wake up and watch the news on the internet. This is how I like to start my day. I am a news junkie but I like to watch video so that I can do other things like post here. I know, after all of that news, I should be a whole lot smarter!
Anyway, The past two days there has been NO news to watch that isn't related to the Inauguration. I watched all of that yesterday. I heard the speeches, I heard about who is wearing what, etc. Now today I would like some news!
How do you feel about this? Do you get sick of that same crap? Wouldn't you like to see how things are progressing in Gaza? See what congress wants to take from us or rather what Americans are going to own next?
What are your opinions?

My opinion is that you have made an astute observation. However, don't worry, we probably will get plenty of news soon enough. 0bama has to do something now. He is the President.

0bama going back on his word on this is hillarious. The people who would be upset by this are use to being the liar, not the one being lied to.

He has already back pedaled on a few things. Which is normal. Regarding Gitmo, he is still planning to do this but has realized he can't close the door January 21st! His stimulus is crap and I think that like Hoover and Roosevelt, he will send us into a tail spin!

I was not interested in this inauguration in the first place. I'm not an Obama supporter and couldn't care less that he's taking office. I would have preferred to keep Bush around for another term, lol. So basically I've been trying to avoid it all because I personally don't see anything good coming from the new president.
But I was sick of this inauguration long before it started. That's all I've been seeing anywhere. Some of my friends on Facebook even set their status to inauguration day, and it was sickening.
Then of course my kids came home from school saying they had seen it on TV and wanted to talk about nothing but. Well I was already in a bad mood due to something that had happened yesterday morning, so just wasn't in the mood to hear it.

Yeah I know what you mean. I was trying to catch up on the Caylee Anthony story last night because I missed it over the holidays and it was still showing the inauguration. They even played it again. UGH! How many days will we have to go through this?

I just found out a rare plant I have in the back yard is getting sold on ebay for $20 for 2 seedlings, mine is having a good crop this year, I will collect lots of seeds grow seedlings and spread them around some, half price. Capsicum Pubescens, the hairy capsicum/chilli, the thing lives for 15 years and is a climbing vine.
My bad news is the birds pulled out some lettuce seedlings.
