I need some help about getting healthy while online!

Hey! I am having trouble with my health I guess. I can feel that I am getting weaker because I go to bed late at night every night and go to work early. In the office I still have time to surf the web for I have some time to do it to update my pending online jobs and searching for whatever opportunity it can bring. Maybe you can lend a hand to give some tips on how to handle this nature of us busy online for always.

Do you still surf the net or do some job online whenever you come home? You need to get enough sleep or you will not have enough energy for what you are doing. Have a health check from a doctor as well and take vitamins. I think the doctor will advise you to get another job if your health will get weaker.

Yes I do surf when I got home till late at night and I can still manage it. Maybe I can have 5-6 hours of sleep then before going to work. Ok Ill give it a try to visit our family doctor about it.

Just try to increase the amount of your sleep. Don't work too hard okay =) Hope you feel much better soon.

First,everyone like to surf internet all the time.its bad for our health.you have to fix time for internet.dnot surf for long,take inbetween interval,surf for half hour,and take rest(not watching TV or reading) for 15 minutes,at that time do simple exercises.dnot strain your eyes.U have do stop surfing online at night.Your eye is already tried at night.if you surfing at night,i have eye irration,which leads to stress in your work. Second,do eye exercises and wash your eye every hour,so your eye is relaxed. third,do medication or yoga or simple exercises to maintain your fitness fourth,take health syrup to lead healthy life.

Yep maybe that is the very coolest thing to do, giving a break each hour of surfing and take some rest. But I guess washing my eyes in between is not advisable for I may damage it. I do some running and walking once to thrice a week at the running field in our sports complex near our house.
