The last movie I watched was Sicko. I watched it on On Demand two nights ago. It was a good movie. I'm not normally a fan of documentaries, but I do enjoy the documentaries of Michael Moore. Moore makes documentaries in a way where they aren't boring to me. He throws in humor in his movies, and the topics that he chooses are always thought provoking. I was really surprised at all the things that I learned from Sicko, and it's really terrible how bad our hospitals and medical plans are here in the United States compared to other countries.

"Ip Man" is hailed as the movie of the year that could revitalize Hong Kong's dying movie industry, as it integrates semi-autobiographical elements with well-thought storyline and action. Of course, credits has to be given to Donnie Yen who has both the Kungfu and acting prowess to bring alive the life of the Kung Fu master. Will definitely want to watch it again. The latest movie I've watched was Breach, on DVD. This is a 2007 movie about the life and uncovering of America's greatest spy in FBI of all time - Robert Hanssen who had being selling secrets to Russia for more than 20 years. The pace of the movie was slow and rather analytical, and I didn't truly appreciate it until I watched it with the director's comments, then I realised a lot of efforts were put into the sets, locations, character development, music to tell the story as accurate as possible. When I watched it this way, the movie itself was great in a way that everything appeared so real and seamless, albeit with a dark side to it. For those who loves spy stories, it could appeal to them. But for others, it's perhaps better to watch it with the director's comments and a certain understanding of the background of the incident.

The last movie I watched was a documentary about a book written about 30 years. ago. The film was called, "Stone Reader", and I enjoyed the search for a writer through many twists and turns among folks who barely knew he really existed. It was almost like a great book itself. I do recommend it for readers and movie goers alike because it draws you into the mystery and chase of the seeker.

i just watched supernatural season 4 episode 11. i have been waiting for this episode since december last year. occasionally they come up with an episode that is not supernatural related, this episode has something to do with the human nature, how we become like animals, at first it looked like a ghost haunting story but it turns out that the killer was a mad girl who has been locked up in the walls of their home for a long time by her father. it was creepy and you can see the brutal madness that is in her eyes. when she walked over the salt circle that dean made, that was cool though when he realized she was not a ghost and on her pale soiled hand was a kitchen knife. although the story is not really supernatural, it tied in with the story of how dean was tortured in hell, and how he ended up torturing souls for pleasure.

Well, I rarely get to see a whole movie through, so I will say the last movie that I actually got to see the whole way through was The Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants 2. I loved the first one and the second one was awesome too. Just something about both these movies made me cry. And I've always believed that a good cry cleanses the soul.

i agree with you, even though i do not cry in movies :) it really is satisfying when you see a heartwarming movie and you feel so good at the end that your heart just feels light after watching a movies of that type and makes you feel good to be alive, two movies that made me feel that way are 'patch adams' and 'mr mulholland's opus'

Hi, this last movie I saw at the cinema was Gran Torino with Clink Eastwood. I did like it. I was wondering if I'd even like it but I was offered to see a movie so I went with my b/f. Had a different ending than what I thought it would be but I won't tell the ending.I would recommend seeing the movie. I did a review on my movie review blog.

i saw bolt today, the 3d animated disney movie about a dog who is a star of a tv show that thinks he is actually a superspy because he was locked up in his trailer when they are not filming, hehehe so one day he got lost and accidentally got on a truck that took him from holywood to new york. there he meets an ally cat that helps him in his quest 'to save the little girl who he was destined to protect from the evil green-eyed man' and on his way back to holywood he also meets a hamster with an evil laugh, it was so evil and maniacal that i though that he might turn into a bad guy by the end of the movie but he didnt hehehe john travolta did bolt's voice while miley cyrus did the voice of the little girl. its a fun movie to watch but i like it because of the hamster and some pigeon extras hehehe a lil bit below madagascar 2 if you ask me
