IS it The Sky?

i would like to ask some question about the sky..why is it blue but when you look outer space the water in earth is blue..is it the water that makes the sky blue as we all know water is clear or the sky makes the water blue since if you look at the earth in space there's no blue sky only white clouds and it doesn't reflect in the water below..

When you look at earth from distance star, it appears blue, because ocean occupy more of our earth than land. The sky usually look dark in color.

from mine thinking sky has three layers of ozone air . from sun light fall on the ozone layers n its filter suns ultra violate rays from that procedure sky look like blue or water also look like a blue by this matter .............take care
