Berg v. Obama - is it a scam?

Most of us on mylot have seen the countless discussions made about Obama's citizenship and the lawsuits being filed against him. I have been keeping up with the Berg v. Obama case and I'm really beginning to wonder how much money he has made off of this whole ordeal through donations. For those of you who don't know, Phillip J. Berg is a lawyer and as such, I'm assuming that this case is costing him very little money, unless of course he is paying himself and his witnesses a hefty sum of money. Phillip J. Berg also sued President Bush for conspiring the 9/11 attacks, which I'm sure he also received generous donations for. Does anyone else thing that this might all just be a scam? Is there any way to know if the money donated to him through paypal is really being used for the court case? How much money do you think he's raised from people who see this case as their only chance to get rid of Obama?

I'm not real sure if it's a scam or not, but the reasoning for the case is what it's about..... the birth certificate. If Obama would just prove without a doubt where he was born, all of this would stop then. He has sealed everything that would prove this....school records, church records, college transcripts, everything. Just 1 little piece of paper. Why?.... What is he hiding?

Well just because he hasn't made that information public knowledge doesn't mean it's being "sealed." I'm not arguing with the fact that the judge should examine his documents, but even then, the Berg v. Obama case would still stand because he is also saying that even if Obama was born in the US he lost his citizenship in Indonesia. What I'm really wondering is why Berg needs to raise so much money and how much he's already raised.

He is not required to make public those records. There is nothing in the law that says he must make public those records. He has made public more records than are required and even this has not quieted those who would find fault with him. He has provided "certified copy" of his birth certificate. This is the legal proof required. He has provided this to those that require it including Justice Department others. This is all he is required to do. He is not required to do more. Despite the demands of the whining right, he remains a citizen of the United States of America. With this goes a right to privacy. Read the Constitution. By the way President Bush, then Gov Bush had all his criminal records in the State of Texas sealed, no one complained about that. Why is that do you think? Oh yeah, I think somewhere it says that a convicted criminal can't be President.

By the way, if anyone wants to write Berg an e-mail asking him what the donation money is used for, please do so and let me know what his response is. I would write to him but I'd have to do it under an alias to look like I really was considering donating because of my previous contacts with one of the witnesses of the case, and I really don't like writing under aliases.

Obama could have put a quick end to all of this if he had provided a properly certified birth certificate - issued from where ever he was born. Doesn't he realize it might affect those two beautiful little girls of his in years to come. I would think he would do anything to prevent that. It needs to be put to rest once and for all and then maybe Mr. Berg will quietly ride off into the sunset.

Provided it to whom? Do you honestly believe that he hasn't provided it to the DNC? How did he get where he is now without a birth certificate? You can't even get a drivers license without one, let alone a government job. It was the DNC's responsibility to ensure Barack Obama was qualified, and Obama went above and beyond by allowing Annenburg to inspect his birth certificate and post photos of it. The reason why Berg v. Obama is not being taken seriously is because even if Obama provides the judge his documents (which he doesn't have to do because the case was dismissed), the case will not be closed, for Berg claims that Obama would have lost his citizenship in Indonesia and still would not be qualified.
