I work in a nursing home. I am the rehab tech in the mornings and do laundry at night to 9pm. I was making my rounds this afternoon and went into a room where two of my favorite ladies live. The lady i spoke to Ill call her mrs pk. she was not feeling to well but was sitting up. She told me her husband would be there any minute that he had gone shopping for some things she needed. One of those things was a bra. okay. i dont know how many men would do this without being a pervet or embarrassed about it. I told her that many men would not do things like that. She smiled at me and said thank you. She told me that they have been married for 56 years and every day of their marriage he has been the kindest, sweetest man to her. I told her that she was truely blessed to a have a man in her life that would do things like that for her. She just smiled. Does your husband do things like this for you? How long have you been married? I have been married 6 years in april. I have sent my hubby out once for tampons and bless his heart he tried but i dont send him anymore!

That is so sweet. You always see discussions about men behaving the opposite way, it's refreshing to read something so heart warming. I think that my husband to be would do that sort of thing for me. He pretends to be a big manly man but deep down he's just a sweetheart. My mom worked in a thrift store and for years a man would come in and buy ladies panties and things like that. My mom was always curious, she thought maybe he was a cross dresser (they had a few of those as customers as well!) but she never said a word. One day she found out that his wife had MS and they didn't have much so he shopped there for her. I think that's so sad but so awesome that he was willing to do things like that for her.

We're approaching 4 years, and my husband will pick up basically anything - he knows that I don't really like to shop for things. I usually show him a picture of whatever it is I want, that makes it easier for him.

I've been married just over 5 years, and just before Christmas my husband told me he was going to give me one of my gifts early, because I really needed it. It was a bra. I didn't even ask him to buy it, but one of my other bras the shoulder strap had broken, so I was down to only 2, and only 1 fit properly. And oddly enough he did get the correct type of bra. I can only wear underwire, and the one he got was underwire, I'm proud that he remembered. He also does buy pads for me, and rarely does he mess that up. He knows exactly the type I like. Although when I need pads I do have to tell him to buy them. He's not at all shy about doing it. My best friend is astonished he does this, but that's just him! I'm very lucky to have a guy like him.

My fiance don't mind doing stuff like that. Although he really can't get a bra for me cause i have a hard time finding a descent bra that fits right. So usually he will go with me and let me try it on. He will come in the dressing room and say yes or no to help me pick. Then he will buy it for me.

My husband has always been very good about doing things like this for me. I have never sent him to buy me a bra but I have sent him out to buy tampons and other such items. I love my husband very much, he is the kindest man I know, he is willing to do anything for his family. We have only been married for 4 years but we have been together for over 12 years. I think that we have a great relationship, and I look forward to many more years together.

I agree with you not many would do that, like buying ladies underwear, tampon, sanitary pad for their wives or gfs. Listen, not many but there are guys whom willing to do so exist. I remember my husband bought sanitary pad for me during "emergency" need and he would come along to shop for bras and panties with me. He would even give suggestions on which bras or panties look good on me during the shopping. A few occasions, he bought me panties as xmas present and gift from his traveling trip which he personally picked at the lingerie shop. By the way, I am married for 4 years.

I have been married for 36 years and my husband is great. He does a lot of things for me although I am not quite sure if he would and go and buy a bra or a tampons. But he does so much else for me those things are minor. He is one in a million and I am blessed that he came into my life 36 years ago.

My ex-boyfriend use to buy my pads and tampons all the time. It was not that he was such a wonderful guy, his mom and sister use to make him do it when he was younger, so it was no big deal to him. But, at the time, I was young and it was a big thing to me.

I have a wonderful hubby. He has bought those sorts of things since we were dating. Doesn't seem to bother him. We have been married 7 years. You are right. Alot of husbands wouldn't dream of purchasing needed items. I am reminded of a scene from the movie MR MOM with Michael Keaton "Price check for the Kotex" Oh well, I know how lucky I am!

I have been married for 7 months now, but we have been together for 4 years. He has never gone a day without telling me he loves me and that I am the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. He goes out of his way to help in any way on top of being a full-time medical student. I pray that I can be as blessed as the woman you met and be able to say the same thing 50 years from now!

I'll be celebrating my 13th anniversary in September and I have been in the hospital a few times since we've been married. Each time he has brought me anything and everything I needed. Bras, panties, books, magazines. I can't say that he's been the "kindest sweetest man" every single day but when I've needed him he's always been right there willing to help in any way he can.
