Question to all EON Account holder?

Hi to all eon account holder. Does anyone linked their eon account to paypal withdrawal as a bank account. I'm just curios if the number of 'x' that should appear on your account is 6 + 4 digit (which is the last 4 digits of your account number). For example xxxxxx1234. Eon Account number has a total of 12 digits. Then if I count the x plus the 4 digit, it only appears that I have entered a 10 digit. I'm sure I entered 12 digit number. Is it normal or I'm just crazy because it's my first time to withdraw my funds on paypal???
