http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28775677/ i mean come on!! how hard is it to double check? i would be paranoid and check it every time i touched it!! same thing happened on the crow movie and it killed that actor!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandon_Lee here is a case where the actor picked up the real knife instead of the dummy one and almost stabbed some one to death!! http://www.contactmusic.com/news.nsf/article/jimmy%20smits%20stabs%20stuntman%20for%20real%20in%20tv%20scene-gone-wrong_1082418 and there have been other cases but i cant remember now.. do you remember the other cases where the wrong guns were used or real knives etc on the set that "somehow" got there??

I guess being in the business, you will have to trust some people with the equipment you used. And being on the set all day, some will take it for granted that the props are not tampered with. It is sad that such preventable accidents are still happening. Other than it being a warning to others in the industry, what else can be done?
