What is more effective, food supplements or tea?

..In your opinion, what is more effective in losing weight, food supplements or just having tea? thank you..

friend, i dont believe food supplements or tea will help in reducing our weight.
i reccommend you tom do aeroci exercises atleast 45 mins a day. avoid fat contents.
thn within 3 months, you can feel the magic.
sameway, you can increase your exercise timings upto 1 hour a day.
