give ur idea on some cell phone plans

can any one suggest a good cell phone plan
like
prepaid
unlimited sms,
full talktime,
same charge of both cell to landline and cell to cell etc..
let us see if u make it attractive and also it benefits both user and the service provider.

I am using Tata-Indicom postpaid connection. The plan is described hereunder:
1. Monthly rental of Rs.299/- only.
2. Talk-time of Rs.150/-.
3. Call charges Rs.0.50/- only per minute to any mobile network whether GSM or CDMA. In other words, the user gets 300 minutes talktime free( keeping in mind the second point.)
4. Getting a coupon of Rs.50/- gives the benefit of 3000 local and national SMS's absolutely free. In addition to this the coupon has no fixed validity. The user can use 3000 SMS's anytime in the lifetime. And when this free lot of 3000 SMS's get utilised the same pack is automatically re-activated by the customer care.
5. And the most alluring is unlimited free talk to Tata-Indicom whether walky or mobile.
Isn't it great.
