one account per person vs many accounts? / myLot

I have my own (personal) Twitter account: http://twitter.com/Bonkajs BUT i know that there is many people who make more than only their own personal accounts. They have hard to manage many accounts i think, but maybe they are right because they have second or even third account for their hobbies like history (talking only about history and twitterers who are interested in history). maybe i must start new account in twitter for my own hobbies? i dont know...

First - please explain to me what a twitter account is :) What is the site all about, and is it something that we can make money from? ;)

http://www.twitter.com is awesome and very fast microblogging website! you can blog, but remember that you cannot type more than 140 letters, so you will not be able to write huge texts or manuscripts ;)

Well, some people do not want to talk about what they are wearing today at their business twitter account and that's why they create more than one account :) I'm also thinking about a new account for my future project. Twitter account name is almost like .com domains and can probably be sold soon for a nice price.
