MyLot Digest

When you read your emails, do you also read your MyLot Digest? I do all the time. I find it a good tool to use to find new discussions to reply to that I may not have found just visiting the mylot site. It is almost like a door opener to mylot for me in the morning. I may respond to 2 or 3 of the discussions shown on the digest every day and then there are those days where I may not reply to any of them if they do not interest me. I never delete them until I have checked out the discussions. I am the same way with the other emails we get too, I always read them and click on the link to check out the replies and responses. How about you? What makes you read or respond to a discussion on the MyLot Digest?

The MyLot Digest is actually what lead me back to this site after being gone for a considerable amount of time. I started receiving them out of the blue and I thought, "well, if I'm getting these emails it must mean it's time for me to be active on the site again!" I know one has nothing to do with the other, but it's still fun to think of it that way. :-)

Hi Explorations, I am glad that the digest brought you back here then. It is a useful tool in more ways than one. I like looking them over and finding something new to discuss. Sometime when I get on here it gets too time consuming to find things to write about or to respond too, maybe my mind isn't functioning well at the time. Hello jsitko! Well, I do read mylot digest everyday. I want to know some interesting discussions that will be my prospect in responding. I sometimes respond to them but most of the time I can't relate to it.

Hi Aisaellis, Thanks for your response. There are a few of the discussions that I can not relate to also or they just do not peek my interest that day. Most of the time I see at least on discussion which I can respond to and then it gets me on the site and I will find even more. Thanks again and have a great day!

hello, i am guilty because i do not read the mylot digest! i am busy reading all the notifications - like new discussions/topics, new replies, new messages. i turned ON my notifications for most of my friends, so imagine those notifications in my inbox. i read them all so i would be able to check on more suitable dicussions to reply to. chhers!

Hi Ysabel, Thank You for your response. I could only imagine how many of the notification emails you get in a day. I get several of them too, however I usually rotate my friends notifications monthly. I always do check the discussions my friend started tab to see if there are any I can respond to. I still like the digest as I have made new friends by responding to their discussions as well. Have a great day!
