I was thinking about that, at home the one to prepared coffee is not me, it is Frank, he makes in the coffee maker and puts it in thermo. Lately he has been leaving it in the coffee maker. Kinda nice too. When we run out, I make a cup of instant coffee, I figure that making coffee on the coffee maker is his deparment. So how about you? How do you make coffee at home? OR who does?

I also need to buy decaf as Maria only drinks decaf and I am thinking of her future visits. Yeah, it seems you drink a lot of coffee

I just use a coffee maker and I do have a perculator that I will use sometimes. I like it better. But I always have a pot of coffee going. all day long.

This reminded me of a friend that used to have coffee all day long, it was nice to visit her, we would have coffee at night too. I do not know what a perculator is. Can you tell me?

I grind my beans right before I make my coffee in the coffee maker. I have a BUNN coffee maker and it constantly has hot water waiting, so the coffee is done in 3 minutes and takes as fresh as percolated coffee. The secret is the high tempature of the water. I make a full pot in the morning for hot coffee. Then I put a thermos in the fridge and make ice cubes out of the rest. In the afternoon I have the coffee from the fridge with my coffee ice cubes and it isn't watered down.

That is a great idea about the coffee ice cubes, I do not believe we have ever had a BUNN coffee maker, it sound like a good one.
