This site and that site is a scam.....bhala bhala............whats goin on?

Hi, What I am writing I am sure most of you wont agree. But still neverthless I would like to say that when we comment on a PTC site being scam do we really mean it or is it just the only thing we can say when a company is in a bit of a tight spot where payouts are concerned. For example, bux.to, everyone say it has been a scam months back and some say even a year back. But just yesterday I spoke to a friend of mine and he told me that he got his payout. It surely took him about 6 months or so to get it but he got it. This clearly means that before we talk ill about a PTC site lets do our homework. Another example is about buxout. Everyone were talking about it as a very very good site and would not quite that easy, but what happened. It shut down business overnight. Do people complain much about that, the answer it no. What I feel that some sites go scam because of the rumours that we pass and in that way people dont register on that site and when people dont register on this site then there is no business coming from that site and when that happens then it becomes useless to run that site and the owners have to shut business immediately. So pls think twice and at times more than twice before commenting on a company going scam. Thanks and happy loting, Larry
