I Need Help To Get US & Canadian Referrals For My Extra Income System

I recently joined a website that offers a system for making extra income from freebie websites ... it is realistic to make $100 or more per hour since people pay you to complete offers or become their referral. They want US and Canada residents since most of the offers are targeted at them. I am trying to get referrals so that I can earn some commission per sign up from US and Canadian residents since I'm not a resident of US or Canada to take full advantage of the system. Apart from placing the website address in my myLot profile and trying to get attention by participating in dicussions, can anyone help me with more ideas??? I need a way to get at least 50 referrals per day.........
