Do you have piercings that you wish you hadn't gotten?

I got my right ear pierced when I was around 16 or 18, thinking I was apart of the "in" crowd. Boy do I regret the uncomfortable feeling that the first week caused for me. My ears were so tender and red, and I hated the maintenance of applying the ear solution to my ear so that I wouldn't get and infection.
Thankfully I never got an infection. Well it has been over a decade since I've worn the studs I used to wear as a teenager. I regret it because although, my earring holes have closed up in the back of my ear, the two little holes are still very visible.
I had almost forgotten that I ever had my ears pierced, until one day, one of my co-workers asked me about it and I went through the story I'm sharing with you now.
I've changed a lot from my teenage days, I hate to think about some of the dreadful things I used to do then. AND more importantly, I hate to be reminded of a past mistake, but it is good lessons for my kids.
What about your, do you have any piercings and do your regret having gotten them?

I'm pretty picky about things regarding my body and always have been. I have two piercings in each year which is pretty normal. I never wanted any cartilage pierced and the people that get the big holes in the ear...one of these days they are going to really regret that. They look really bad now...I met a guy who could put his entire finger through his earring and he thought it was cool. I was revolted...our ears were not meant to have giant holes in them! They weren't meant to have any holes I guess, but little ones aren't too bad. All teenagers make mistakes and getting your ears pierced isn't bad compared to some things teenagers do these days.

I've seen a guy with a huge hole in his ear when we were downtown the other week. I don't usually stare at people, but I didn't not believe my eyes. It was definitely an different sight.
