My dog needs my protection?

I found this really funny. Last night, my husband wanted to tie up my dog, as he needed to apply medicine to his affected skin spots, otherwise she'd just keep running and jumping around. When she realized that my husband went near her, she actually walked close to me as if she needed my protection, so that she would not be caught by my husband. She looked so cute, and I never thought she'd do that. Usually my husband is the one who's taking care of her most of the time, especially during my pregnancy period now, I seldom really play with her much, as she always likes to jump on us. It's a nice feeling when someone needs me or needs my protection, as I am always not the strong person. I am thinking will my kid come to me when his father beats or scolds him.

Hi there, thanks for your response. Yeah, my dog always shows the innocent face, so sometimes I don't even feel like scolding her even though she's done something wrong. Dogs are just so cute!

Even your pet apprecaites your feminine side. I hope that you partner does not need to beat your child. Scolding does not do bad, does not hurt anyone if they need to be scolded. It's nice to make you feel special and that shows you are a really caring person. Good luck for your pregnancy. HOpe your offspring will be an Inter not a Milan soccer fan. :)

If only your dog could talk.. probably it's shouting for help already. Kind of nice to have someone lean on you for assistance. I guess your dog knows who to run to when he is in trouble.

Hi ya kaka135 Well you child will definitely need you for protection and all sorts of things have no worries of that. I am sure that when your husband has scolded your child they will come to you for comfort and reassurance and you will be there for your child!
