I eat breakfast every day especially cause I'm a student. I need energy early in the morning so I can perform well in school. I usually eat a heavy breakfast when I have classes, but on my non-school days, I only eat bread, cereals and drink milk.

Hi Qwerty I don't miss my breakfast on any day. However busy I am,I should have my breakfast. The time interval between dinner and breakfast is already long enough and if you further skip your breakfast I think you will land in health problems only. If you eat a good breakfast,you will do fine in your jobs.Otherwise you will eat junk foods as snack before lunch and spoil your health. When I say good breakfast,I mean that your breakfast should contain some protein and some fiber in addition to some carbos.This will satisfy your hungar and keep you energetic till lunch. You should not start your day with some sugary cereals,syrups,pastries and white breads.They will be easily digested soon and you will be tempted to eat junk foods before lunch. So don't get up late and rush to office without breakfast. Happy mylotting.

When I up in the morning, I always see to it that I eat breakfast no matter what, even I get late where I'm heading to. And it is true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So we have to eat good food in the morning because this is the time that let our body to be filled with energy for the day. So breakfast is a must!

Yes I always try to make time for some breakfast, even if it is just something small. I often have a freshly squeezed juice, which is good healthy kick start to the day. Or alternatively a bowl of cereal or museli is a good breakfast. :)
