Did you ate breakfast ealy in the morning?.. breakfast is the important meal, did you know that?..

I get up at 4am and I'm not hungry that early. I have some cookies with my coffee. About 8am I have some cereal at work.

I eat breakfast every day especially cause I'm a student. I need energy early in the morning so I can perform well in school. I usually eat a heavy breakfast when I have classes, but on my non-school days, I only eat bread, cereals and drink milk.

yes, i know this! but i wouldn't manage to skip breakfast even if i wanted. generally i eat a yogurt, some fruit and i drink a cup of tea. in the middle of the morning i drink coffee.. i seldom eat brioches.

Hi Qwerty I don't miss my breakfast on any day. However busy I am,I should have my breakfast. The time interval between dinner and breakfast is already long enough and if you further skip your breakfast I think you will land in health problems only. If you eat a good breakfast,you will do fine in your jobs.Otherwise you will eat junk foods as snack before lunch and spoil your health. When I say good breakfast,I mean that your breakfast should contain some protein and some fiber in addition to some carbos.This will satisfy your hungar and keep you energetic till lunch. You should not start your day with some sugary cereals,syrups,pastries and white breads.They will be easily digested soon and you will be tempted to eat junk foods before lunch. So don't get up late and rush to office without breakfast. Happy mylotting.

Yes, I always eat breakfast, it is so important and is needed throughout the day. If you eat breakfast you won't feel as hungry at lunch or tea time. If gives you energy for the whole day and is an important especially if you're on a diet.

Well i prefer to have a cup of warm water and then something!! Don't lik tea so much. Then prefer to go straight with Brunch!!

When I up in the morning, I always see to it that I eat breakfast no matter what, even I get late where I'm heading to. And it is true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So we have to eat good food in the morning because this is the time that let our body to be filled with energy for the day. So breakfast is a must!

Yes I always try to make time for some breakfast, even if it is just something small. I often have a freshly squeezed juice, which is good healthy kick start to the day. Or alternatively a bowl of cereal or museli is a good breakfast. :)

No I cant eat breakie I find itlays too heavy on my tum and then I feel sick for the rest of the morning.
