Do you tend to over think things? or Over worry? Like say something happened and there would be a meeting held talking about this certain issue. WOuld you start thinking of the worst and start fretting about what will happen? Like think about the worst case scenarios? Well, my mum is one such person. and sometimes she does suck me in and too start to worry for nothing.

My mum sometimes gets like this too, especially if she's in work and she's busy (she's self-employed). If things start getting busy then she begins to panic and starts fretting and getting worried about things, but I find that this actually causes you to deal with it less efficiently and actually makes it harder on you. It's important to keep in control, remain calm and take it all within your stride without worrying too much. By doing so you will keep control of the situation much more effectively and it will be much easier to deal with. Getting worked up and worrying and fretting about things basically just gets you even more worked up, it's circular, and then you find it even harder to cope with. You can tie yourself in knots and get worked up over pointless things which don't really matter by doing so.

I think.....I fall into the category of over thinking. Well, am that type of person that I think every side of a certain situation. I always think of the worst scenario and prepare myself for every result or consequence of a certain issue. Because of that, I less worry much because am already prepared for it and able to think the solutions. I tend to be a perfectionist and really assures that everything would go well...Because of my attitude, my friends or other people would say that my brain is big and wide.

HEy My mum is also one of those, she start worrying about every small issue, its too hard to make her understand that everything is fine, nothing would happen. She think the worst of everythign and then its turns into a bad headache. Well i am totally opposite, i rarely take any tensions, i just let it go. Worrying makes me feel so sick and down. I just try to happy all the time. Blessings
