Size of Paper diminished?

Could anyone open the site - sizeofpaper.com? I tried to open it, but there's some strange message. What it says, in short is that the site is unavailable. The site is unavailable or IS IT A SCAM? Or just a temparory shut down for maintainance? Can anyone tell me please?

I also found the same message when I tried to visit this site. It is hosting problem so I think that they should be back within a short time. I do not think that it is a big problem.
However, what makes me feel worried is that there is no message from the admin or the moderators about this problem. I feel that the admin should have acted fast to maintain the confidance of the members.
Let us hope that it will be back soon.
