Will I go to jail if I kill a mechanical voice????
Rhonda is the voice on my Eliptical ifit cartridge. She tells me when to step up the pace, when she's going to increase my resistance, to drink water as needed, blah blah blah... During the beginner cartridge I kinda thought this was cute and made jokes about it. Well, I am not into the 5th session on the intermediate cartridge and I am not liking Rhonda AT ALL!!! She is really trying to kill me!!! I am not out of shape (too much) but I was ready to get off before I even got to the 15 minute mark (half way). Oh man, I was cussing at her bad today. If she were real, I do believe she would not be on this earth much longer. But! I am going to beat her, she is not going to get the best of me. I'll show her I can take whatever she dishes out (hopefully!).
Do you use the ifit cartridges on your exercise machines? Do you find them helpful or would you like to strangle them also?

Do you suppose Rhonda likes all the abuse? I think she likes to be whipped and cussed at.

I think I too would be okay with Rhonda for a short time to, then I'd want to strangle her to. She is relenting, she don't let up. She will make us work until we drop, lol. Yep strangle her if you can for me to.

I think tomorrow I'm going to have to have a little "heart to machine" talk with her... My husband will probably be laughing at me during the whole workout - he's usually gone to work by the time I'm on the machine.
