It's terrible to have cough during winter season as it is very difficult to recover. I've experienced it before in UK and I coughed for more than a month. It's very hard to recover due to the water there and also the cold weather, and also the food which are mostly fried stuff. I became better after coming back to my home country.

Yeah...good to hear that downaalice, bout your health improvement. Me too, feeling glad when you said that you're happy now with your health condition. May it gone forever for all the ailments and started with new quality health life. That is why, some says that health is wealth.

i have cold more in winter and the winter is over here now and now i have started cough also.
i have sinus ,so i am feared of winter because i gets too much headache in winter .
anyway u have no cough now and maintain it. i also felt happy that u have got releif from it .i think u have taken any precautions for not getting cough this time i think.
