After ureteral (kidney stone)

The early months of my pregnancy, when some women would report discomforts and difficulties, I had quite and easy time. But my discomforts came at first when I was diagnosed with a ureteral stone on my left ureter. I had so much pain for like 3 weeks, before it just went away. After the kidney stone, about 2 weeks later, I had UTI. And now, I have fungal infection in the private parts. And you know, I wonder why this is. Because I am really very concerned with hygiene. I wash like 3 times a day. And am very concerned with what goes on down under. But I really wonder still. Is this part of pregnancy still? What were the discomforts you had during pregnancy?
