Should they play football or not??

Recently in Canton, OH, two boys had put a fake deer in the road thinking it would be funny. Well, there was a serious accident and two people were seriously injured. They are seniors in High School and the courts are allowing these boys to play foorball. Do you agree or disagree?

These such naughty incidents will be always happening particularly in school areas. Canton has no exception. Anyway, where is Canton?
