How Often Should You Fast?

Many clinical studies have found that fasting is good for giving the body time to flush out and cleanse the body and remove impurities from the bloodstream.Also fasting works better if you drink plenty of water and fruit juices to keep the body running efficiently when fasting. So, how often should you fast?

I don't think people should really fast at all. Unless you talk to a professional beforehand so you do not damage your body. There are many upsides to fasting, losing weight, clearing your body of toxins. But I do believe it is too dangerous to take the risk. You may not get the correct nutrients even if you drink a lot of water and juice. I think people should just eat healthy to keep their bodies clean. There is no point in fasting if you are just gonna go out and eat a bunch of processed unhealthy food right after. If you do fast though I wouldn't for more than a few days. No longer than three.
