diets! diets! i'm sick to death of all these ads! r u not?

I did so many diets that I could write a book! And am just like Oprah..back to being FAT. so I said to hell with it. I watch what I eat and still can't lose those pounds!I look at may sister who is a washboard and me a tub oh lard hahaha. All you see online, in magazines, etc etc..diets, slim teas, Acai berries, etc etc..am going nuts...jeepers..great idea..going to get some nuts to eat..hehehe.

I am also concerned with my weight. I gained 10 kilos for the last 2 years. I think its because I spent 8 hours of my time sitting in front of the computer doing office work. From being too thin now I have gained weight. What I do is I eat less carbohydrates and eat some meat and veggies. The problem is I dont like eating veggies that I opt to eating fruits. Try eating fruits for 1 whole day and you will feel lighter. but don't forget to eat energy food even once a day. And try to exercise. I suggest you dance. any kind of dance as long as you move your body. It makes your blood circulate.

Thanks for your suggestion..I think I will buy the v8 infusion..I used to do that mix veggies with fruits when I had a juicer..I think I will buy another one. I'm thinking of taking thai chi or baladi..

Hi there Dancing Red Feather! Since it seems that you have given up on diets, then I would recommend just exercise by making the most of what you do everyday. You can try dancing since it is really fun. Pole dancing if you have the pole for it. Or belly dancing. Both of those are really fun and cool to learn. You can also just try eating healthy.

The fact is..I do eat healthy and still fat. so I will have to be belly dancing or pole dancing all my life? I don't think so at 65 am going to do that lol.
