Do you have a bank account in HSBC bank?

hi guys I really so unhappy about the HSBC now.... I tried to logn in my bank online this morning.but i got no idea what happen for my password and the security code,just couldn't let me in.very strange. what if i logn in 3 times the password and security code does not match,they will locked my bank I wont try more than 2 times i called up the 24 hours photo sericve,got me crazy about i spent 30 mintues still i can not fix people answer the dam phone call.but only the record let you choose what the way you want. but i tried many many time still no the button i really need.oh god....that is an international phone call...anyway i gave it up. i got back to the i try to email them,see what can i do.i told them,the phone number you shows online or you gave me before i tried many times,but it is no usful for me. i hope you'll get contact me as soon as possible. hmmmm too happy about that. have you ever try this before?which bank?

i also have two accounts with HSBC. but i have never had any problem with the services online. however, the phone service is not to be counted on during rush times. it is true that their 24/7 phone service is available but one has to wait long to have the call get through a customer service representative. anyway, i am keeping my accounts in the bank. i heard the global financial crisis has minimum impact on its financial standing.

well,I did not mean HSBC has a bad bank serives,but when we in troubes we hpe we can fix up our problems,right? the phone call you show up online,but does not help means what? upset~~~~!!!
