Lazy people's method of losing weight-eat less and sleep more

Do you believe that?Some friends of mine had used this method and succeed in losing weight.Not very much,But it worked anyway.They said,it can save money,and also can be lazy,they like it very much.Will you try it ? Tt is really kill two birds with one stone.I will try it from now on.Haha.

eating less can to some extent help u lose weight..but not always..i think the best policy in this matter is to eat normal and exercise moderately..its been proven to work!! u will be stunned to hear that..some scientists have said that dieting may actually lead to an increase in weight! do u know how? actually when u eat less ur body tries to adapt itself to the small amount of food it receives. in doing so it lowers ur basal metabolic rate..that is it tries to consume less, try to live with less fuel..then when after some time when u start to eat normally again ur metabolic rate continues to stay low for some time..so this leads to more fats packing up! thanks
