How much time do you spend on computer everyday?

I don't spend as much time as I used to before. i like the computer but i also have an offline work. Cheers!!

I usually spend a lot of time on the computer, sometimes almost the whole day. I have several ways of protecting my eyes. If the type is small on a site, I enlarge it so that I don't have to work so hard to see what I'm looking at. I also look away every so often, and close my eyes to rest them. I also make sure that the lighting is good because the bright screen in a dark room can cause eye strain. If my eyes get dry, I use eye drops to moisten them. One good way to relax your eyes is to close them and put the palms of your hands over them. Don't press on your eyes, just cup the palms over them. Stay that way for a minute or two. The darkness and the warmth from your hands helps the muscles around your eyes relax.
