Sororities and Fraternities

to be hnest i dont know what it means i guess im a bit to little lol only joking but i dont ven really no what it is

didn't go to college so never the opportunity to pledge.

I was a member of Phi Beta Lambda

fraternities and sororities aims for "Brotherhood" is it? then why should there be initiation rights for someone who wants to be part of it? why should there be casualties just for the sake of the what so called "BROTHERHOOD". i think those are just for making an image, an image that you are part of something big, something untouchable. it ridiculous if that's the case, there are many universities here in the country that had sororities and fraternities but none of those organization lost a comrade because of hazing. UP diliman had many fraternity and sorority organization that are recognized by the University but there are still some that come from nowhere and those organization will do harm than do good!
