This is a great game for children and adults. You first start out as a cell which is a swimming little creature in a vast sea. To win this level you must either fight to unlock these shiny badges or find pieces of meteorite floating around. You can be a carnivore, herbivore, or both if you put the mouth pieces together. In order to be an omnivore at the end of the cell stage you will want to eat in a pattern (example; eat a red piece then a green piece, red, green, etc...). It's better to be an omnivore because the next stage you come into is the creature stage. A carnivore eats others which is quite sad if you aren't the violent type and being just a herbivore is very hard. While in the creature stage of the game you will want to find shiny badges throughout the land you travel but be sure to migrate with your flock or you will end up with no one way ticket back to your planet in the space stage of the game. You'll really want that one way ticket home and I'll explain this later *smiles*. In the creature stage make sure you fight any creature that attacks you especially if the creatures name is "Grox". You earn badges when making friends which later become your allies. The more friends you make the better the tribal stage is. Try to achieve as many badges as possible even after your brain grows, keep filling up the badge area! When you finally fill up the badge area in the creature stage graduate to the civilization stage. Be either economic or religious so that you can earn money in the space stage. Take your time winning the hearts of the civilizations around you and before heading off to the space stage make sure that each building is well secure with turrents and happiness. In the space stage don't colonize to much. Gain sporebucks before doing this mission! The more you colonize the faster "Grox" will appear. Go explore and pick up items to sell. When you reach the 3 million sporebuck mark then colonize a few planets to keep your spice flowing. Make sure you colonize T1 planets that show little paws by the name. This insures you that spice will be flowing into your income. This is how far I have gotten in the game and the information I can share with other Spore fans. If you have Spore, please share with me any of your secrets, I would be honored to swap good Spore gaming secrets with you!!!

Oh, ya, players and maxis have created programs that edit the spore game, these are called "mods" they are very easy to use, and they turn the tide of the game in your way.

I love this game! After I allied the grox (cyborg things at the center of the galaxy). The entire universe turned on me! Luckly, it is worth allying the Grox, because they don't ask you for help, but for the entire game, they give you the cold shoulder. They give you only 1 ship for your fleet, but that one ship is way better than any 5. It has 7X the hp and damage, and is probably faster.
