My PS3 Won't LOAD

please help me! my ps3 won't load at all some how! It was find yesterday and few minutes ago, i played a game it was fine than after i took the game out and shut it off. it wont load the game again. it won't load anything, is there a way i can fix it? i bought it less than a year.
