How does Adverbux "Exchanges" work?

I am an adverbux member and the only way I am using it is earning by clicking on ads. I am wondering if the site is actually a good one to advertise on. Also do you know what is the Exchanges link next to Arcade? Is it some kind of link exchange? Does anyone know how it works and do you earn from it?
