How to repair msn IP?

Lately, i can not login into my msn account, it just keep sending an error results, which state that my IP error. How can i repair my MSN IP? Please help me.

My wife was having the same kind of message after she purchased a new computer. Her new operating system was vista. When she logged in on a computer that XP it was fine. Vista was the problem. I do not know if that is what operating system you have, but i it is vista you need to contact microsoft and do not let them reformat your hard drive because that does not need to be done.
