Howdy! Here's a great recipe for some delicious beer butt chicken! Enjoy! ____INGREDIENTS____ 1 whole chicken (clean, at least 5 lbs.) 1/2 can of beer MIX TOGETHER IN A BOWL. 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 Tbsp onion flakes 1 Tbsp onion powder 2 tsp ground thyme 1 tsp allspice 1 tsp cayenne 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp chives 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp cinnamon Rub the mixture all over the outside of the chicken. Place 1/2 can of beer on flat cooking pan. Place the chicken's cavity over the can so that it's upright in the pan. Cook on center of a grill or large open flame. Do you like this recipe?
