Most of the topic of discussion are Incomplete ?

Friends I have seen or experienced that Most of the topic of discussion are Incomplete in mylot. Only certain words are in topic from where we can not know whats inside the topic so we have to go through the details what that subject wants to tell. Is this the way to make some one go through his/her topic ? Normally people get attract through topic subject matter. Like surprise gift,most of the topics are incompledte. We dont get any hints what inside it? What do you think?
