Shower

Hello fellow myloters, I was talking with my wife a few days ago and we got on the subject of showers. We were trying to decide how long and how often the average person showers. I personally shower for about 45min at a time and at least once a day, sometimes more. I believe that the shower time is a wonderful time to escape from my normal world of work and stress. I also tend to come up with some of my best ideas on life and some of my best plans in the shower. So what about you guys and girls how often and long do you shower for.

I shower once a day for about 15 minutes. Any longer, I feel is wasting water. We don't have a large enough hot water tank to take that long of a shower. Hubby also showers for about fifteen minutes. If I take a bath, I can often bathe for thirty to forty-five minutes. It is nice and relaxing. I really enjoy taking a bath more than I do a shower.

I used to shower for about 15 min when we had a small water heater however now I can go for about 45min before it gets cold. By the time I am done with my shower all the hot water is defiantly gone. My wife does not wake up for about an hour to an hour and a half after I leave for work in the morning so there is enough time for the water to heat up again. She is like you and only showers for 15 min at them most, she would most defiantly prefer a nice bath over a shower.

45 minutes!!! wow im lucky if im left alone long enough to get 5 minutes but i do have two small children.
Normally i shower before taking my eldest to school so a quick 5minutes if i really want to relax take some time out il have a long soak in the bath rather than the shower although im still often disturbed bit difficult not to be when the only toilet in the house is in the same room!

I have two small childeren as well however I am up well before them in the morning when I go to work, so I do get some alone time. I agree that a nice soak in the bath is wonderful however in the house we are in right now we just have a small tub so the water only comes up to about my waist when sitting down. we are moving the end of next month, then we will have a Whirlpool in our bedroom, then I will probably bath more often.
