Asthma is very scary. Asthma patients need to brings along the inhalers wherever they go. I also a asthma patient. But now, i am cure from the murder sickness. Actually, asthma happen mainly due to the weakness of the lung. Well, since people today love cold weather more than the warm environment, that's the behave dragging them into the pit of suffers. Humans are warm blooded mammals. We cannot expose ourselves too long in the cold environment. It will weaken our heart and our respiratory system, especially when we are sleeping. Children' adaptation to the environment are not that strong like adult. Hence, the cold weather will easily attack them with asthma. When i know about this, i started to take every single precautions to cure it. I try to keep my body warms as possible, especially during sleeping. And my efforts works.

Asthma is a chronic, inflammatory respiratory disease characterised by recurrent breathing problems. People with asthma suffer an asthma attack when the airways in the lungs constrict and become inflamed and clogged, which causes breathing difficulty. There may be tightness in the chest; as breathing becomes harder it may hurt and there may be coughing. The air moving in and out of the lungs may make a wheezing or whistling sound. Asthma varies a great deal from one person to another. Asthma symptoms range from mild to moderate to severe and can be life threatening. There are certain warning signs of an impending asthma attack. These can occur hours or days before audible wheezing begins. I think you have been very lucky in finding what triggers your attacks. But it sounds as though you only had a mild case of asthma. For most sufferers these measures will not be enough to "cure" them. But I am glad you have found some relief from the awful symptoms asthma causes.
