DualBux: View ads is currently locked?

I'm new at dualbux. I like the program but I don't understand why it says: VIEW ADS IS CURRENTLY LOCKED. THIS MEANS YOU CANNOT USE YOUR KEYBOARD TO CLICK THE ADS WITH! CLICK HERE TO UNLOCK IT! Did I do something wrong or is this some kind of a protection against people who use cheat bots? Do you have to do this everytime you log in?
